Ms. Francheska Alers Rojas holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with special emphasis on Pre-Law from the University of Puerto Rico Río Piedras Campus where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2004 while employed as a Legal Assistant. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and also fulfilled an exchange program with the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. During her J.D. studies, Mrs. Alers was employed as a Law Clerk for various attorneys, obtaining a combined experience of over ten years in the legal field. She is admitted to practice law in Puerto Rico since 2010 and admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and also in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Her practice encompasses general civil litigation in both state and federal courts. She has acquired extensive legal experience in the litigation of medical malpractice cases as well as employment discrimination and general torts. As an experienced legal clerk and attorney, she understands all aspects of legal practice, including fact and legal research. She has appeared as co-counsel on various cases tried before the state and federal courts in Puerto Rico.
