Labor and employment law attorneys of the firm provide
counseling in all matters concerning labor statutes and regulations enacted and
promulgated under federal and Puerto Rico labor law. (i.e. Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Antidiscrimination Unit of the Puerto Rico
Department of Labor; Occupational Safety and Health Act, Employment Retirement
Insurance and Security Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, among other
legislation.
